Michael Edwards

They said: ‘My oh my,

all the insects will die’

when they saw the lunar eclipse.

Under no delusion

I came to the conclusion

they’ve got to be lunar tics.

A laugh before bedtime. Good morning! Time? I should've been out hours ago.

Bugs have simple minds. Are we no different?

    • Michael Edwards

I have a simple mind - just one more brain cell and I'd be twice as bright ✨

Unlike Lawless my first laugh of the day, thank you Michael.

Oh lol, a good write Michael. Miss Berles got any bugs?

      • Michael Edwards

She takes them out on a lead and picks up their poo in poo bags - if she didn't they'd be litterbugs.

      • dusk arising

I know you wrote this for the crater good of mankind in mind but such a cheesy subject.

        Good fun.

And can we eat cheese-logs (wood lice)? Well, it says cheese in their name......

        Another great one!
I’m glad I read it after Santita’s posting! I needed something to cheer me up...and your “Eclipse” certainly did!

        • Michael Edwards

Thanks Laura - pleased it cheered you up.
