Such very true words and a wonderfully drawn message to go with them.
Thanks Andy - not sure the two go together but who cares?
Erm, so could the words and pic together mean, as one example - some people talk out of their own a***? Now I've made myself swoon! Fido will bark at me for saying that. lol.
I think in this case he is talking to it !!!
Down Fido!!
You were right Michael - this was so well worth waiting for! ha ha!
Pleased you like it Lorna. It usually raises a smile.
A big one! Not to mention admiration for the few lines that it takes you to draw it.....
Name and shame this foolish man!
Love the line drawing, but which end is witholding the urge?
The other end of course. Cheers dusk.
Why he talking to it? Did he get a decent answer from it? Bit like - go talk to the cat or dog some days; we'll get a better answer than from humans (sometimes)!
All he got was a lot of wind - I talk to myself - does that count as talking to a human ?
Yes - or were you talking to Mr Sol E. Quee?
Mr Sol E Tude actually - he was on his own!!
Thanks UNCLE MIKE ~ Droll variation on the old HEAD IN THE SAND ploy !
OPPORTUNITY is a frustrating thing ! In my experience it often KNOCKS ~ When you least expect it ~ When you can least afford it or when you are least able to avail yourself of it ! And (damn it) it never knocks TWICE ! Thanks for sharing ~ Yours BRIAN
Yes a head out of the sand variation - here's mud in your eye - tata Brian
True words... Great picture
Rod Hull would have loved it
Yes dear old Rod - thanks Andrew.
What a short yet very true write, makes you realize that every opportunity that you come across is a chance to define yourself.
Sadly we often fail to recognise them but when we do take them by both hands. Thanks Adam.
