As your smile evokes a sunbeam
As your eyes the moonbeams bring
As your arms hold promises of love
Let your presence bring the Spring

- Comment from author about the poem: I wrote this for a Fusion poem and then realized it was already closed. It's never too early to think of Spring.

It's fusions loss. Mind you I do post my fusion offerings here as well - seems a shame not to inflict them on a wider audience. lol
Thank you Michael - good luck with your operation.... I hope not too painful.
Fingers crossed - thanks Lorna
Jay had this operation many years back and had a very easy time of it so hopefully you will too.
A fine write Lorna. Only one thing will spoil Spring - if I sing! lol.
We have to live through your Christmas singing first Orchi..........
Lovely joyous piece from you. Evokes the electric feelings a special person brings as you begin to fall in love.
Thanks!
Thanks LORNA : Love PB : He has such a soothing voice contrasting with todays harsher Hit Parade ! Its funny you should write about SPRING because in Auckland NZ (where I am) SPRING is Sept : Oct : Nov so it is just in FULL BLOOM ! The day time temperature reaches 65F ! On DECEMBER 1st it will be SUMMER and we have our Christmas Lunch on the BEACH ! Wherever you live in the World SPRING is always the best SEASON : especially JAPAN ! Its already Sunday Morning here : just off to Church Thanks for caring & sharing : Love ANGELA 🧡🧡🧡🧡 BRIAN & I both love Fusions : Our latest one is about 'Attituds towards CHRISTMAS : ANGELA
I know about the upside down Christmas thing because I have relatives in Argentina. We were there once for Christmas and went swimming after lunch! So odd!!! If I was starting life over again I would head to New Zealand. In the meantime I have to be content watching Brokenwood mysteries...... lol........
Thanks, Lorna. Spring is always nice to celebrate.
Aww I think the fusion expired. I love your verse.. glad you shared 😊
