Non Existent Troubles.

Goldfinch60

We go through our lives and see them,

See the troubles in the world,

Those troubles that others have

And we wonder if we will get them.

But our lives are all different,

We all go down separate paths

Into our own lives.

But once more we can still think,

Still think of others troubles

But what we need to learn

Is that sometimes it is good,

It feels good to feel grateful,

Feel grateful for the troubles,

The troubles that we don't have.

Don't worry if you have nothing to worry about - sadly this is not an option for some - all we can do is be there for them. Great write Andy.

So true Michael, yes we must be there for others.

I took on board the words of Max Ehrmann...
"for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself".
... and included in that the fortunes and misfortunes life deals out.

Far from perfect in many ways, I count myself fortunate for my lot in life. Your last two lines say it for me...
      "Feel grateful for the troubles,
The troubles that we don't have".

Those words are so true d a. We are fortunate in our lives for what we have and must be grateful for it.
