Lesson Not Disappointment.

Goldfinch60

Sometimes in life we look back,

Look back at the mistakes in our past,

And looking at those errors

We wish that we could erase them.

But if we erased them we would lose,

Lose the wisdom we had gained.

As in our life we must realise

That you cannot be taught experience,

So in our lives we must remember,

Remember the lesson,

And not the disappointment.

Yes, me tutor says I'm improving. I believe him, though he's laughing up his sleeve, cos I pay for the tutoring each lesson!

Keep all the journeys close enough to remind and guide. Nice piece and clear of thought and it serves to guide and that is victory

          indeed, wise Poet
it can only be earned, usually
          not without sacrifice n hardship
          “Why do we fall, Bruce?
          So we can learn
          To pick ourselves up.”

Yes we must always learn to arise from our failures.

Is there a coarse for that?

            • Goldfinch60

              Yes, it is called experience.

Yes, indeed. Each mistake might be irreparable, but surely a stepping stone to a future success. They are all lessons working towards our favor. Love this.
