Measures

Teddy.15

And, because of the
very measure of my love
I cannot put you down
nor can I bring you up
we are simply left in limbo
a balloon you are not
If I was born to love you
I will die loving you
alas, from near or far
when the wind blows north
my heart will blow onto yours
and I may just float, perhaps?

I write my poems then find the art, thank you ๐Ÿ’•

Carefully worded this poem speaks the truth in deep wisdom. Our love takes us up and down not the one loved. It is such a great metaphor the balloon. Love we do float on in its ups and downs. Wonderfully brilliant!

So very kind, dearest sorrenbarret you know I'm speaking of my most beloved darling of all right? London but yes also your way so very wonderful you know my work so well. I'm always truly humbled ๐Ÿ’œ

Love that floaty feeling. And when there is art out there that exudes the same feeling there is a sense of unity in the cosmos. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ•Š
