THE NOT SO SAD STORY OF THE RABBITS

Michael Edwards

The animals went on two by two

you’ve never seen such a motley crew

they berthed at Ararat and then

the rabbits alighted ten by ten.

Michael another good one but you will soon have Christian and Jew after you maybe Muslim as well. I often thought about that two get on and how many get off. Especially the flies, roaches, rats, bedbugs, leaches and on and on and on....... I guess whales wouldn't need a lift .... I wonder how well those animals got along.... what if one of the frogs ate one of the flies then they would be one short......

It makes me wonder if Noah was a vegetarian - and if he was why was he only saving the animals and not the plants - and if they went in two by two who accompanied Noah? So many questions.

You can't apply logic to a myth it'll drive you crazy

And how! For sure! This is another great one, Michael!

Could you imagine Noah doing that today with humans.
        Eh, I'm gender-neutral, he's neutral-gender, she's non-binary, she's pan sexual, and that guy thinks he's Elvis.
        Give me the rabbits anytime.

there are some species that will always multiply faster than others, i think..but imagine if all did so, [like humans and rabbits] the chaos that would ensue

The only consolation for me is that I was raised on what was effectively a rabbit farm and thus I was nurtured on rabbit meat - sadly not easy to come by now here in the UK - only wild rabbit which is so tough by comparison

does that mean that their numbers are dwindling? that's sad too, because they are such cute creatures..

                  • Michael Edwards

The number of rabbit breeders is dwindling - such a shame as 'tame' rabbit meat is so tender and flavoursome but so hard to get hold of nowadays.

                    • NafisaSB

that's sad indeed, but life goes on....so we have to do with what's available...
