I know it to be true
Everything I once knew
Everything you say and do
All of it is fake
We're just holding on
To what once was
And is no more
So much time

Laughter and smiles

Very sad... 🙁 Wonderfully written.
Oh, lalala. It is very sad, and so perfectly descriptive of falling out of love...excellently put...I like how you presented in the varying stanzas, which effectively communicated the thoughts.
