What a great message! To cherish having known love even though you may not be together anymore. So many people need to watch this video. What a great job WBL. Oh and great music too!

      • WriteBeLight

Thank you Christina! I really want people to understand this message. I feel that loved ones I lost by their passing would not want me to be sad all the time. They would want me to move on with my life and remember the good times I had with them. I feel so bad for people who have trouble letting go. And, for people once in a relationship that ended due to disagreement, etc. They too need to move on. It just is not good for one's state of mind to dwell on what they think they could have done differently. Every day is a new chance at a fresh start. So, thanks so much for your comment!

          You are so welcome!

            Well done!

          • Augustus

That they tugged at your heart strings is well exemplified by the music you chose. I believe I hear a cello while reading a lovely tribute to those past. While reading I had another thought on a similar theme, and the poem helped me. I lost a great love for having done something stupid. I have always punished myself for that. Now, I can say was not that great while it lasted.

            • WriteBeLight

That is correct Augustus. It has to come to each of us in its own time. But, our sorrow and crying has to cease at some point, as we cannot un-ring the bell. Of course, it would be great if we could do so. But, we must learn from everything regardless of how painful and move on and strive to improve. Sometimes it is something that is truly beyond our control, and we are innocent victims. But, nonetheless, we have to keep on, moving on to survive and maybe help others along the way.

Wow awesome and creative rhyming and word choice. Content wonderful equally unique! A happy happenstance, yeah the romance. And the after effects of lost love, I like how u call it residue. Really makes us appreciate all love, past and present. Kudos
So nice to read from your creative pen again. . Hapy new yr

              • WriteBeLight

So nice that you liked the residue line. I particularly thought that was a good reference as we never really leave anything behind. So, it stays within our being. Thank you so very much. Glad to see you here again 🙂

THANKS HONEY ~ Your perfect symbiosis of words and music moved my heart not just my mind ~ wonderful. I have lost many Lovers and Friends and Relations through death and distance and sometimes carelessness on my part. My attitude reflects yours because from all these people I have learned much about Life and Love ! So my attitude is to MOVE ON and accept the truism ~ "Better to have Loved & Lost than never to have Loved at all". Thanks for caring ~ Hugs BRIAN

                • WriteBeLight

So wonderful a comment you have left here Dear Brian. I just want to tell everyone to let go and help themselves to heal as we are all just humans after all, who maybe have made mistakes or were just victims of circumstance. I want to hug you and everyone who is hurting so they no longer have to hurt. Thanks again Dear Brian for your so welcoming comments!

I've always thought titles are like part of a poems DNA and attracts. What I'm trying to say is, this is an incredible piece and it's title is very fitting! Thank you!

Hello and thank you, as well Corey! I try to find a fitting title, with sometimes a little irony. But, you are so correct and I thank you for your comment!
