THREE LITTLE WORDS
And when your loved one sheds a tear
you whisper gently in her ear
the words a woman longs to hear:
……………………………………..‘Yes my dear’

So very true but if I said that my wife would turn round and say "Don't call me dear!"
I usually call my wife darling - but I do mean it..!
This painting is very good. Love the detail which can be hard in watercolour.
Thanks - yes but I had a great teacher whose work is in the royal collection - sadly he's no longer with us.
Those three words if honestly felt can mean a lot when tears need recognition - - love the wry humour though in this write - and oh that watercolour's clarity - - top class painting Michael.
Thanks Fay and so pleased you like the watercolour.
Thanks for another fine painting and sound advice ! I'm a Man who likes to say YES ! Please check my FRUiTY HAIKU ~ Yours BRIAN
Good on yer Brian - of course my dear, yes my dear, whatever you say my dear - it's called the easy life.
Three little words every married man learns quick long time married and still learning
Cheers Dave - no you never stop learning - trouble is the rules keep changing.
Spot on Dave - I'm still learning - trouble is these days I'm forgetting quicker even quicker. Life gets tedious don't it?
Another great picture you paint Michael, plus you hit pay dirt with it? what's not to like? yes my dear works for a lot of situation says I closing fast on 50 yrs wed
Beat you Willy - 53 years so far and despite the above we couldn't be happier. Love her to bits.
A lucky man is he who find love to be true<3
It takes some men a life time to learn that. Life is so much easier and happier with those words.
BEAUTIFUL picture Michael, and very sweet words.
Wisdom of the ages. - I do whatever the voices in my wife's head tell me to do.
Seriously though, truer words are never spoken. So much peace and harmony can be bought with just those 3 words. It's amazing. - Phil A.
Thanks Phil - better revert to 'I Love You' - now they really do work.
Well written and expressed Great write
Thanks Tony
