Going on a trip with my honey
Not to go see things that shine
But to go appreciate each other
and for a while have him be just mine
Going to places quite regular, it's true
But being with my honey is always grand
Dining in Detroit or Paris, my affection
is the same, don't need the Acapulco sand
No chores or calls of children,
our fifteen years are coming up soon
It's the little things that we share
like a kiss under the moon
You had my heart even before
the second we said 'I do'
It doesn't matter where we are
as long as you are with me too.
