I opened it,
In I strode.

Superb little shorty - I also love a book - better than any TV programme. I'm currently reading Vanity Fair but not up to Hardy standards.
Thank you Michael, I am lost in the Poetry of Roger McGough at present, amazing poet.
Oh Goldfinch you are a man after my own heart - I also love to hear reciting his work - I've got several of his books and am always dipping into them - also the same goes for John Hegley - a complete master of the whimsical.
Cooeeee G. If I call cooee will I find you?! I wish I would shut up! lol.
Hi Orchi, once I am in a book even my wife cannot find me.
Lovely poem. Books can be dangerous things! Have you read "Inkheart" by Cornelia Funke.
No I haven't, I have heard of it but not read it, mind you I have a list that seems to increase exponentially of the books I want to read.
Thanks for your comment.
Its a beautiull book. But then i am sure your list is full of equally beautiful books. Just avoid the film.
