Check out the Song on You Tube ~ Jim's Signature Tune !
***********************************************
Welcome to my World ~ won't you come on in
Miracles I guess ~ still happen now and then
Step into my heart ~ leave your cares behind
Welcome to my World ~ built with you in mind
****************************************
Knock and the door will open ~ seek and you will find
Ask and you'll be given ~ the key to this heart of mine
I'll be waiting here ~ with my arms unfurled
Waiting just for you ~ welcome to my World !

Thanks for reading ~ Please add you fave song !
I love JIM REEVES and I love the pathos in this song ~ OK
This song is dedicated to all the MPS Ladies ~ BRIAN XOX

O the summer time has come
and the trees are sweetly bloomin'
and the wild mountain thyme
grows round the bloomin' heather
will ye go
Lassie
Go
(Wild mountain thyme - It changes almost daily but currently its this one. Various artists but try The Corries - I love any traditional folk music. see it at : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKvB3g3HEPQ )

Kathleens voice pours out the words,
"What is life to me without thee?"
As Euridice left her on her own.
Her lovelorn words sailing through the ether,
Sailing through the ether forever,
Sailing into my heart,
Never to leave me
as My Spirit flows with them.
(Kathleen Ferrier is the one singer who I can say is my favourite and this song is one of the songs that will be played at my funeral, it is so beautiful and beautifully sung by her)

I can't say - so many!
Very difficult o pick a favourite
Bit like choosing a winner from Crufts
Or from a cat show - or whatever!

My favorite songs,
Are the ones that bring,
Uplifting memories,
At every turn.
So many songs,
With music just right,
Can get you through,
The toughest of nights.
And, the songs,
With family and friends,
Will make you hope,
That time never ends.
