WAKENING
Stiff from sleep
with aching limbs
my stirring body
belongs to the day.

Every day is Saturday for the retired. I am pleased to say !!
And may the day do only good things with it, Michael.
Yes its a good day today.
Yes day follows the night and a good stretch while still in bed does it for me my friend. Love those different trees. - your talent with brush is amazing.
Thanks Fay - just ordered some more art materials but thankfully my hobby pays for itself.
Mister Michael, the day is yours 💪💓
Thanks Renzi
Nice four-liner and an interesting assortment of trees, Michael. I'm always impressed by those who can, seemingly with ease, create something of beauty on a canvas. Not me, unfortunately.
Much appreciate your kind words - thanks Louis
Hi Michael, I've just got
Back from working in
My lads new home...Again
Love this shorty....
Ay up - I know all about children - never stop worrying or doing things for them - we've had a grandson for a sleepover while mum and dad have been partying - he's still asleep at the moment but all will break out when he wakes which won't be long now, He's 5 and have to admit we love him to bits.
Ha ha.. I'm sat here Michael
Grandson next to me on
His iPad, granddaughter
In the next bedroom not
So very happy....
Family eh !!!!
Hope the day has gone well. I remember getting excited about a water color demo years ago. Whereas lots of artists have trouble selling their work, yours has a wonderful appeal. Wish I was still in the acquiring mode, but I am letting go. Cheers. Mamosas help with the aches.
Thanks Augustus - such a great medium but so much undervalued in monetary terms - never mind I do quite well although most of the takings come from demos and workshops rather than sale of actual paintings. Do you mean samosas - if so keep eating.
Oops, misspelled, champagne and orange juice= Mimosa.
