AGE IS IN THE MIND
The face is defined
by the age of the body
and not by the age in the mind.

Michael, if you could see my face you would know why your poem is already up on my wall! Very true and beautifully said.
And why does your beautiful painting remind me of a flamenco?
It reminded me of the same - I called it Flamension - a lovely word that doesn't exist.
Thanks MICHAEL ~ "Though the outward Man perish ~ the inner Man is renewed day by day ~ We are transformed by the daily renewal of our minds through Peace & Poetry" Thanks for sharing. Love the scary abstract ~ Change & Decay in all around I see ! Life expectationwise I'm only one third through my life ~ but my laugh lines are showing ! Please check my Poem & Fusion ~ both on TIME ! Thanks BRIAN.
Thanks Brian - the original looks more bright and colourful - doesn't always translate on the copied image.
are you going to be the leader in this crusade? your still on that pedestal!
you have no right to be their! you say everything black is bad? ! why don't you step out into the light. but before you do take off that god forsaken mask!
that last post is not meant for you Michael. its for that preacher above you. hes trouble. if that's the way he wants it ill give it to him.
A finw write and pic M. Yes, we're very old. We was there in person in 1066! lol.
You still looked reasonably young back then if my memory serves me well - which it doesn't usually!
Very true. In my mind I am still in my thirties, half the age I really am.
Love the abstract - once more.
In your 30s - as old as that? 🙂
Cheeky, I might act like a very young immature kid but I do try my best to be an adult - at times!
I'm the same - very trying.
How wise is this - thanks for the reminder Michael - - and for the colourful exciting abstract too.
Bless you Kay
Nicely done Michael. Enjoyed.
Cheers Frank
'A demon trapped in the web of illusion' ... what I see in your art piece. The three-line description on age is precise and right on! Thank you for sharing your gifts, Michael.
My pleasure - pleased you enjoyed them.
We can only see someone's age if we can see they heart. Each moment we have a different face. Beautiful poem and painting Michael.
Thanks so much Malu
