Thanks TONY ~ cooking is so so cathartic and it makes us feel better as well ! My MUM was a Confectioner and taught me to cook ! Because I live solo in a Flat ~ it's cook or starve ! I made veggie soup today 7 portions ~ ate one and froze 6 ~ OK ~ I also lecture in Food Science ! BRIAN

No there isn't anything better. Cooking is one of my passions, I love being in the kitchen and then sitting around the table with friends and family eating, chatting and laughing. There should always be laughter around the table. Good mouthwatering write.
