- Comment from author about the poem: ISLAMIC STATE ~ Show no respect for Men ~ Women ~ Children and use Cars and Trucks as Lethal Weapons to demonstrate against the Love ~ Joy & Freedom of European Democracy ! They have targeted same of our most Beautiful cities including the Capitals ~ London ~ Paris and Stockholm ~ hundreds are dead and hundreds injured some critically. But why BARCELONA ? A City where you always feel loved and welcome. The Ciiizens of Barcelona do everything they can to make your stay as happy and as memorable as possible ! They did NOT deserve this violation. \\if you are booked to go to BARCELONA ~ please don't cancel ! The TV shows she has already bounced back and will never let ISIS HATRED destroy her LOVE ! THANKS FRED ~ I love Barcelona and have visited several times. I can understand TERRORISTS targetting the Capitals because of the Commerce and Global Business which they seek to destroy ! BUT people at a Carnival in NICE ~ Teenage Concertgoers in MANCHESTER and now Wonderful Wonderful BARCELONA ~ I feel that Members of my extended Family are being attacked ! Good write, the people themselves showed that they would not be defeated by going back into the cafes and bars after the attack.
