Throat Cutting.

Goldfinch60

I placed the razor

To the edge of my throat

And slid it gently to the other side,

No feeling was felt.

So I slid it again,

Only harder,

And still all my skin was whole.

Why do they say

It is so easy to cut your throat,

With a razor,

When I struggled.

 

Perhaps the electric razor,

Needs sharpening.

    Doh! heehee. I thought this might be 18+. Now I've told off some people for being naughty, and not putting 18+ when it's been needed, e.g. far too swoony poems from some folk! Good write Gold. A sharp write, though not in the razor sense.

          THANKS ANDY ~ SUICIDE IS NEVER REALLY FUNNY ~ However for many it i just a "cri de coeur" A Friend of mine tried to commit by eating 10 packs of TREBOR strong mints ~ funny thing was he nearly died. Another died (accidently) when his electric shaver (plugged in) fell in the bath ~ so you were closer than you thought to "felo de se" Thanks for a LAFF we don't get many on a WEDNESDAY MORNING ! BRAIN
