Remember Me
Sometimes I find myself
Lost in that rear view mirror
Memories that flow
Like an aging river
I begin to envision
So many faces
Where I grew up
And my favorite places
Of my hometown
I remember so well
The pride that shows
When I hear the Lawson Tower bells
And my back up against
The Scituate Light
Watching that horizon
The sunrise a glorious sight
And now it’s Christmastime
We’re deep into December
With Christmas lights everywhere
And all the smiles I remember
I can’t help but wonder
Of all these memories I see
Dare I imagine that they
Remember me
