Lovely hymn-poem Brian. I've forgotten the title of the original, but know the tune. Is there a short chorus to it too?
THANKS STEVE ~ No chorus to the one we sang ~ but it starts with the same line ! We used to sing it after MIDNIGHT on NYE ! I like it because it invokes the Power of the TRINITY in our everyday lives ~ HAPPY NEW YEAR to YOU & YOURS ~ BRIAN

WELL CHRIS ~ A lot of what happens in 2018 is up to US ! We need to Walk Close with GOD ~ always think positively and Count Our Blessing ~ AMEN The London Fireworks were great but I only saw the on TV after our Watchnight Service ! It's a lot of MONEY going up in colour & smoke but it's good for TOURISM and "Make Britain Great Again !" Its MIDNIGHT here again So (for us) the end of the first day of 2018 ~ SO FAR # SO GOOD !
