Feeling a bit better today
And the family's okay
It's odd how some warmth can make you feel well
It's nearly Spring Break
And then a rest I can take
It's amazing just how far I fell
And this wont be the last
just judging from the past
But there are times when I feel free
Free of this monster depression
It can make quite an impression
There are so many situations that affect me
But I have a love that grows
and only us two know
What I have been through with this
Just when I think I'm done
he helps show me we've won
And he gives me an enchanting kiss

THANKS CHRIS ~ For a very ENCHANTING Poem on a SNOWY Monday ~ it lifted my Spirits ! An interesting Structure A DECAOCTA (18 lines and only one STANZA !) This suggested to me you were in a Happy Hurry to share your ENCHANTMENT ! It had plenty of Rhyme & Rhythm ~ apropos the Subject !
Your poems are very personal ! How You feel ~ How the Family is and the anticipation of the Spring Break ~ LOVELY ! Then of course MONSTER DEPRESSION has to get a mention ! But more Happily ~ Loving Hubby is never far away in a CS Poem ~ So our "Enchanting Poem" ends on a high note ~ with an "Enchanting Kiss" Many of my poems like RADIOTHERAPY are informative ~ but could have been written by anybody or poached from "GOOGLE POETRY" !
