The daffodils bloom,

Their sunshine flowers show us,

That Spring is now here.

Just listened to Red Priests version - love it.

Red Priest are a magnificent group, sometimes with the sound that they make you would think that there is a bif orchestra instead of just the four of them.

A fine Haiku Gold. I would only depress anyone if I start singing for the joys of Spring! heehee.
How was the Spring of 1066, getting ready for the Battle in the Autumn (October)? I can't remember it very well.

It was an early Spring but the web went down so we didn't know when the invasion was to take place.

          Thanks Orchi.

Perfect choice of music! Listening to the Red Priest first thing this morning set the tone for the day! It sounded like a flock of birds were right outside of my window signaling me to get up and go! Beautiful! Christina is going to love this along with the haiku!

Did I plan the fateful words 'Look up, Sire' months before, in the Spring of '66? It's all my fault, you know - as folk say!

It's a beautiful Haiku accompanied with beautiful music and yellow daffodils. I will save this and remember this kindness. Thanks for the lovely Haiku!!--Christina
