Going through life is complex,
So many things come into it.
Things that we need,
Things that we want,
Things that are interesting.
Things that we do not need,
Things that we do not want,
Things that are boring.
These things in our life
Take us away from the real pleasure,
The real pleasure of life.
All we really want is happiness,
And that can be achieved,
Can be achieved if we free ourselves,
Free ourselves from all other distractions.

- Comment from author about the poem: The music is the third movement of Max Richters album 'From Sleep'. The album is called "From" sleep as the actual piece of music is eight hours long and it will not go onto a CD. If you want to get distracted from this world into a peaceful serenity just listen to this wonderful album.

I was distracted writing it.
