WHEN I ARRIVED ~ last night to stay
The Street was drab & dull & grey
But this morn ~ when I awoke
Nature had changed it at a stroke !
The picture shows what changed it so
She paints it with a "Brush of Snow" !
The Street is whiter ~ plants are brighter
Not a bit of grey in sight Sir !
The lights reflect the crystal snow
And folk are smiling ~ to and fro
And inside the Caff we gather
Laff & chaff about the WEATHER !
We all agree ~ A splendid SHOW
Christmas Eve and Heavenly SNOW !

This Poem is dedicated to FAY because she teaches
us how to see a "perfect poem" in a "perfect picture"
and vice-versa ! I had this Picture in my file but had
to wait for the SNOW ! This actually happened to me
one Christmas Eve when I had gone to stay with Family
in the Country ~ Miracles do happen ~ AMEN

SNOW STEVE ~ As you know is a law unto itself ! Snow in late MARCH is unseasonal but the norm in MOSCOW PUTIN has vast BLOWERS in Siberia "BEAST FROM THE EAST" which he has turned on again because of BORIS "The Buffoon from Blighty" Putin has no sense of humour and unfortunately takes BORIS seriously because he IS Foreign Secretary ~ The worst bit of Political casting this Century ~ Rees Moggy would do a much better JOB !
