The Cold That Cries

Lorna

The cold that refuses to leave

Means more than refusing to leave

It's about crying for the dying

It's about the hearts it's missing

It's not saying it won't try

To bring back warmth and Summer joy

But for today it begs a rest

From merriness

The warmth that is missing outside Lorna is certainly there in your heart.
