MOUNTAIN RANGES

Michael Edwards

MOUNTAIN RANGES

In distance standing

proud before the sinking sun

the mountain ranges

silhouetted glowing warm

In shimmering opal light.

Very good tanka Michael, I could see those mountains.

    A fine shorty, Michael!
Love the colors of those primulas. Your garden must be beautiful with all the different colors...
    like a symphony of music...
except yours is a symphony of flowers! Awesome!

Good shorty and pic Michael. Are the flowers short too - or plenty of them?!

Very short - like shortbread. Cheers O

THANKS MICHAEL ~ love PRIMULAS ~ colour & contour ! Love TANKAS (57577) Haiku & Senryu with attitude ! I have been doing talks on John Denver for Seniors (helps them to recall & remember) and it reminded me of ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH and my beloved Colorado in the Fall ! Yours BRIAN

A beautiful tanka! And might I add you are so lucky to have a garden that blooms with flowers!! Still too cold in the U.S. for that. Thanks for the uplifting picture and Tanka!
