Elation: train rolling.
The station bell tolling.
The Essence, created by Emily Romano is a short,
structured form of two-lines, six syllables each with
an end rhyme and internal rhyme.

Good one once more Michael.
Thanks Andy
An interesting concept to be sure. Haven't seen one of these before, but I quite like it.
I am always trying out new forms - I've even devised a few myself (will post one tomorrow) - bit of a nerd really 🙂 🙂
I typically stick to one or two styles that I'm good with and like, but you just keep throwing these out here man. I'm gonna have to do something crazy soon! Haha. Have a good one Michael.
A fine write and pic Michael. Are you Mr Berles, married to Cilla?!
No - I am Bic
Hi there Bic of poetic style iambic!
Yes! Elation at the train rolling! I so agree! Even the commuter train!
As for the rhyme style:
Me fixing the dinner
for all of the sinners
There's such a feeling of satisfaction when you've boarded the train, found your seat and it starts to move. As for the form it can be more difficult than it looks.
HAPPY being a DAD
Dry NAPPY ~ That's my LAD !
Thanks Michael for introducing snazzy form ! Yours BRIAN
Great ode Brian - thanks for the comment.
