All the flowers of Spring
All the little white things
Some grow here and some far
But wherever they are
They sing to our hearts in the mornings
Artists may flourish
And gardeners may nourish
But they charm as they relish
The sun and they cherish
Their freedom
Their little lives short
They won't come to naught
Sing their songs and their praise
As they cover our graves
When the time comes

A fine write and song of edel-wotsit Laura - a fairly long word there! lol
I'm Lorna but you can call me Laura Wotsit...........
Oops sorry Lorna Wotsit!
That's better........ if you are giving me points for the Great Upstairs I want my name spelled correctly....... and don't tell me you don't do that because I believe you have a direct dialing line.............with a bright red telephone.......
Call me anything - within reason. But today's 'don't-call-me-that-name' is Freda! lol.
And DON'T call me late for dinner..........
Dinner? Who's doing the cooking, Orchi? Uh oh...there'll be swooning in the kitchen tonight!
Yes but he can't sing or he curdles the milk............
And that direct line upstairs may go temporarily disconnected.
Laura Wotsit here! Someone calling my name?🎶
Orchi can't get you out of his mind.............. we should spell it "Laurna"
I guess I made an indelible mark on him, “Laurna”!😉
Oh no, here comes the swooning.
🤭
Tee hee!
Flowers are nice to look at. At first I did not know why people obsess over gardens, but after see one once, now I know.
Oh go and see some more!!!! They are so good for you!
If you ever go to Pittsburgh, Pa, make sure you go to the Phips Conservatory. It is literally wild. They have just about every plant in the world. Make sure you bring a camera if you go.
An intriguing plant and a beautiful write Lorna
