Calliope looks down upon me,
Calling for me to write some words.
Those words can only be of love,
The love of the woman
That came into my life
So many years ago.
That day when we said ‘I do’
Meant the world to us,
That world of ours so full of love,
Full of love for each other.
Now as we come to the evening,
The evening of our life
That love we have always had
Grows ever stronger,
And we know that at our end
Our Spirits will be one,
As we go together in love,
For eternity.
