BRIAN & ANGELA

POLYNESIAN BETROTHAL IMAGES FOR BRIAN & ANGELA !

WINSOME YES ~ LOSESOME NO !

ONE never knew what we were thinking

ONE assumed it was something Philosophical

DON'T all Philosophers look Wooden ?

EURIPIDES ~ SOCRATES ~ PLATO

XYLOPHONIC  in your musings ~ eight notes

PLAYED with Patriotic Monotony !

RED ~ Blue ~ White ~ Blue ~ Red ~ White ~ Red ~ Blue

EACH note expressing your allegiance to your COUNTRY !

SOCRATES is the Philoosopher for YOU

SINCE You are always a Critical Thinker

I resemble PLUTO ~ A Scientific Thinker !

ONE must assume a Stoical Expression ~ give

NOTHING  away especially when playing POKER !

Thanks for visiting ~ comments welcome ~ BRIAN XOX

Fantastic read. I am a great believer that poetry should have no rules .

THANKS OP ~ Pleased you enjoyed it ! True indeed much Modern Poetry (and there are many examples on MPS) is defined as "Any words ~ in any order ~ without any rhyme ~ rhythm and often without REASON !" Then there are the WORDLESS POEMS ( which demand a TITLE) My example is "ANARCHY" and one word Poems such as "WAR" ~ Unnecessary and MONOCUS which are one line HAIKU I loved one Ode at a Recent Roger McGough Recital "When All is said & Done ~ There's nothing more to be Said or Done !" Poetry is infinite and there are15,000 years of written & oral Poetry in over 2,000 languages. My MANTRA is "Like what you enjoy ~ Enjoy what you like ~ AMEN Pleased you are liking (and enjoying) MPS Yours BRIAN
