With political jokes I’m disaffected

for far too often they end up elected.

          I didnt believe in mysticism
Till the last time we voted in socialism

Instead i fell for the tallest of stories
          And voted in Brexit tories

Maybe i'll change when i vote again (pron. agen)
Give a chance to the Liberal Dem

Or maybe next time, our minds will flip
We all could vote for Nigel's UKIP

Oohh, I'll have words with Theresa. She and her hubby go to a fairly local church near me! They are shown in paper sometimes just outside that church. Should I meet for a cuppa coffee after the service? They are there most Sundays it seems.
Or is it any use? One said - How will you know a politician is false? Answer: When they open their mouth! (Goldfinch has the exact version).
