Things You Break

Yes, breaking even would be nice.
Do we only notice the breaks inflicted upon us, the things stolen from us? We all can break things without realising the damage we do. I\'m thinking of the hearts we can break when the owner means little to us.... but isn\'t there a kindness in that breaking, rather than misleading.
Maybe we can steal a heart without ever noticing that too.

We can all empathise with this elegantly penned Poem (full of rhythm ~ rhyme ~ reason) because the things we value most Happiness ~ Love ~ Light ~ Sanity ~ Life itself ~ escape us all the time but hopefully not all at once ! I\'m only 1/3 rd through my life (35 !) but I have enough experience to know the importance of the things you highlight !
HAPPINESS is as transient as Rainbows ~ Enjoy it while you have it ~ dont fret when you dont !
LOVE always HURTS but as a Man my MANTRA is \"Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all\" In my experience Unrequited Love is harder for Ladies to bear ~ I always treat them with respect & TLC
LIGHT & HEAT are important for PHOTOSYNTHESIS (if you are a Plant) and METABOLISM (if you are an Animal) I always look for relationships that provide me with LIGHT (enlightenment) and HEAT (Human kindness)
SANITY ~ The BRAIN is the most important ORGAN in the Human Body ~ my experience is That Visual Art ~ Music and Literature (especially Poetry) keeps me sane and stops me from going MAD or SENILE (please check my site which is always a symbiosis of all THREE)
LIFE ~ That is your most precious possession ~ always cherish and protect it ! A person who is only half (or even only 25% look at Stephen Hawkins !) alive is infinitely better off than one who is Physically Dead ! When I visit a friend in the MORGUE ~ I know for them IT\'S OVER ~ IT\'S OVER ~ IT\'S OVER ~ I don\'t want to be in that State for at least another 70 years when I will be 105 and perhaps past my Sell by Date ?
