I was so enthralled reading your \'My place to go\' post that I decided to have a look at your other stuff. And I find you are a newbie here. So welcome to MPS. Most of us are a friendly bunch and we like to comment on each others poetry etc. Commenting lets us get to know one another a bit and form friendships. So please feel free to comment, moan or whatever on any of my stuff.
I like the way you write from the little I have seen. This one particularly appeals for I too have seen younger days and know very well the pains of osteoarthritis in knees, feet, back and hips though it hasn\'t made me immobile yet.
I hope to see more of your writing.

That was a delight to read and took me away to a warm mid summer garden. Yes,I found it very nice indeed as i sit here in the midlands, shielding in the pandemic, looking out upon a winters scene of garden where everything is under a light sprinkling of snow. The temperature is 30deg F (in old money) and the sun has melted the snow where it reaches. More snow on it\'s way but I can\'t spend time with the grandchildren to enjoy it. Better times ahead we hope.
