I wish I knew enough of Chinese history to be able to comment intelligibly on your piece here......but I don\'t.
Seems you focus on real estate as the core motivator in China\'s conflict? Nothing else? No exploitation by Western powers? I would be pleased if you would correct my assumptions....

sadly, the older the culture
the more insidious enmity
that lingers!
while the world, strives
to move on and curate
a united, humanity
the old powers refuse, to relinquish
their stranglehold on power
and in so doing, invest
evermore, in politics that will
inevitably
hurt their own people, far more
than they dare admit, to themselves
I pray that sage of humanity\'s, philosophical Spring
Kung fu Tzu
may, yet save that lost nation once again...
(biggest misunderstanding
in the west, is that China\'s current government
is a Secular, political identity
this is wrong
modern China, is a cultist religion
where
whoever is in charge, is portrayed
as a deity
a step beyond, German and Russia\'s
socialist nationalism
China is a nation
built upon that archaic \'Slav\' ignorance
where Chinese people
need work permits, to live and work
in
the major city\'s
and are treated as second class citizens...
let alone foreigners)

\'A short day, slowly the darkness is drawing.\'
beautiful Poetry, reading these words I can\'t help
but apply it as metaphor to those gone, but unforgotten
and their legacy:
\'whose short life\'s, linger as a lasting shadow\'
affording their proud nation an anchor
for their hope\'s
despite, the folly of those
who tarnish their memories and sacrifices
in the name of short-sighted
political machinations...
this a Truism
in Dongjak-dong
as it is
in Delville Wood
as it is
in Arlington;
\'War
is young men
dying
and old men
plotting\'

A White Tiger in the Midst of Snow
L. B. Mek said:
beautiful painting, thanks for sharing
but you should spell it \'Tyger\'
like Blake did
\'Tyger, Tyger burning Bright!\', lol
or, even:
\'Tyger, Tyger hidden White
in that snow, steps so light
eyes, glowing focused bright
a predator\'s patience
a hunter\'s prowling, excellence
igniting, posterity\'s poetic might\'
lol
not a bad effort for a wannabe poet

We in the UK have William Blake\'s \'Tyger, tyger, burning bright\'. I don\'t know why it\'s not \'tiger\'. He is eccentric in some of his poems. \'The Tyger\' is one of his better poems, I think.
