I like this poem a lot! It has a nice steady rhythm with subtle rhyming and a good message. The rhythm and words are calming and fill me with a better sense of strength and peace. Thank you for sharing!

When i was younger I used to love to take a short cut through the Cemetery ~ after dark ~ and sure I could feel the presence of the ZOMBIES but I only ever saw fleeting shadows ! My only real scare was when I fell in a freshly dug grave that was only covered bu a thin tarpaulin ! I thought the ZOMBIES were pulling me in and avoided it fro a few weeks. If I had a Girl Friend with me ~ I always got hugged and kissed so so tight ! BRIAN
