HI BERTHOLD ~ Sounds like life in ARIZONA ! A great idea though ! Despite being controlled by genetics some parents and their "natural" children are very very unsuited ! In the UK we have stores where you can take your "nearly new" clothes and swap them with others ! Like a mutual "Thrift Store".
