I've read your poem several times. Maybe digging and digging for the hidden message. But the message is in the interpretation of the reader. Nicely written!

Thanks KURT ~ I'm reading your poem as a positive comment on POETS. We must not let this present evil and so so mundane World press US into ITS mould ! Poets are "free spirits" and YES ~ for me poetry is a real spiritual release from mundane reality,. Thanks for caring and sharing ~ BRIAN

Roberto: Your comments are often more poetic than what I've written, and always appreciated.
Thanks as always.

Thoughts do ignite and words certainly burn. Everything can indeed turn to fire in a flash. The poem is thought provoking and enigmatic in its nature. Like a small glass of wine it must be savored slowly to get the essence of its imbedded message.

Interesting way of putting all this words with a cognate. But why Life-Reincarnation and not Resurrection?

Thanks Roberto,
I've always believed the world turns on as little as 'one word.' I started out in college (Penn State) as a psychology major but kept asking my professors 'WHY." They finally told me they only dealt with 'WHAT,' and not 'WHY.' Why was answered down the hall in the Philosophy Dept. I then switched majors and never looked back. Thanks for reading. Kurt

I'm looking for an angle to grasp this poem. It's reflective and philosophical. "The poet observes..." is a skill found in a true poet. Your poem is intriguing in its depth and it can cause one to wonder. It leaves one thinking... Nicely done my friend!

I guess as one gets older, is time to free oneself from the cumbersome things that weigh one down. I enjoyed reading it slowly to get the reflective message imbued in it.
