A lovely heartfelt sentimental poem to yor grandad. My paternal gdad died befor my birth and my maternal gdad died recently so I could relate to the feel here. U wrote it so nicely, recalling memories of him sweetly. Thumbs up.

Pls do comment out my latest poem too. I\'m a new poet here but have been writing poetry since years and readers enjoyed it elsewhere or got sth from it until I found this site and wish to make new poem pals.

Thanks for a very beautiful and moving poem JADE Pleased you have Faith that your GDAD is now in a better place and that one day you will be reunited in the GLORY ! GDADS are very very precious (and GMUMS) and we only really appreciate and really miss them when they are in Glory. In many countries extended Families lived close to each other and Children saw their GParents every day. Today with increased mobility in the UK children are brought up 100's of miles away from their Gparents and in the USA it can be 2 or 3 thousands of miles apart. Thanks for caring & sharing ~ Yours BRIAN

THANKS JADE ~ Very helpful ! Most of us have shared a similar experience with a Friend or a Loved One. So we can empathise. I find prayer helps and so often I am the answer to my own prayer. God gives me more patience and empathy and I am able to give my Loved One or Friend more TLC. We can never ever give too much or care too much for our Parents. Every Blessing ~ Yours BRIAN.

I can empathise JADE ~ we have a GIRL (30) with CP in our extended Family and she has to use a chair and must be accompanied. When she was young Parents of Children she wanted to play with her intervened because they thought it was catching or that Laura was a bad role model for their "normal" children. It is very difficult for her to have friends and having a BF would be difficult. I have worked with students (16+) with specific needs and I know how difficult life is for them ! Every blessing ~ Thanks for caring and sharing ~ BRIAN.

you don't judge a book by the cover
and people who do are ignorant and shallow. There is a beautiful soul in all of us, some just can't find it. nice work on this poem. ww

The Nature Way of Life

WELCOME JADE ~ Thank you for a lovely first poem about "The nature way of life". The Earth is our only Living Planet and the things you highlight ~ The green grass and leaves "chlorophyll" to provide the catalyst to convert carbon dioxide and water into plants (photosynthesis) ~ The clouds and the rain (the Water Cycle) ~ The sun which provides the energy and ius axial rotation and solar rotation which give us night and day and the Seasons (S S A W). The Flora and Fauna interact in complex food chains and food webs to maintain equilibrium "This is the nature way of life". Thanks for sharing in such a "poetic" way ~ beautiful ! BRIAN
