Perhaps it makes you reflective ? 2am raining and reflective ~ that figures ! From time to time it is cathartic to be broken ~ melted ~ moulded and then filled again with Love ~ Joy ~ Peace ~ the Fruit of the Spirit. We can get despondent when we are young but (as you say) the potential of the future excites us and also depresses us (sighing). We all need to be reshaped to face the future. We need to be more patient ~ understanding ~ forgiving ~ confident ~ ambitious ~ appreciative (of people and relationships) ~ no grudges ~ tough and being the best we can !
