A fun way of reminding us who are old that we are old, because all the above apply, enjoyed the read

This is a fine poem but may not have gotten all the attention it should have due to a rather politically correct view on feminism but buck up I loved it. Worth a fave

Fine words Phil, I could have written this after the death of my wife but now life is good once more.

Loved the duality woven into this poem and as it intertwines how it resolves. Nicely done

Beautiful poem Phil. Love, love, love. Where would we be without it? That moment when you know, it’s love and it will always be love. Merry Christmas to you and all you hold dear. πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„

Dear Phil, touching on my favourite subject of all, it can leave us sitting on candy floss clouds or in the gutting scraping up what\'s left of our heart, that\'s the beauty of love. Wonderful work dear friend. 🌹

I wanted to highlight a stanza but I cannot, this is real poetry from the heart, my friend lost his wife to cancer, she was a beauty from Naples, I can tell you it is what I imagine he writes every day, I write for him when I write about love. πŸ’™

I will never understand the mentality of allowing people to carry guns. We don’t have that here, they just carry knives instead. Our sick world is so violent. You tell it as it is Phil.

It can seem endlessly long, lonely and bleak can\'t it Phil .. I mean of course, the road and the route being travelled along .. My guess is, the she in question just turned most, if not all of the street lights off .. Well listen to someone who has travelled the same route before .. there\'s an on switch located just a way ahead a bit and though not exactly hidden, you have to make your way there and locate it .. I hope you can cheer up soon my friend and see the light .. Neville
