Some shopkeepers are known to be dishonest. Yet, even if customers know that this is so, they keep going to that dishonest guy and not to one who is honest but appears unfriendly. They know they are getting cheated, but they still go to that cheating fellow. What is the explanation for this ? The irrationality of people.
