LIMERICKS 134 & 135
There was a young lady called Mildred
whose husband was Scottish and kilted
and under his kilt
to his chagrin and guilt
his vitals were withered and wilted.
There was a young lady called Rapunzel D Sykes
who climbed up the tower to the dizzying heights
but when trapped at the top
with a vertical drop
she climbed down the ladder she kept in her tights.

Good writes M. lol.
Cheers O
Is the Scottish gentleman called Cedric Small? LoL π€£ great limericks you don't have to promise to be serious here dear Michael, it's good to laugh. πΉ
I thought he was Dick Shriveller.
There was an old codger called Walter
His wife she was called Wilter
She went to the bank
To count all their cash
But the dodgy old bank manager
Milked her
There was a young lad called dick
Who wore trousers over a stick
One night he fell down
Jeans ripped and went brown
So now the people call him prick
Over 18's sorry π€£ we can safely say my limericks are still brown. Lol
Seems like a challenge to me - currently feeling sorry for myself with a heavy cold - do colds actually weigh anything?
These are seriously funny .. ππ§π
Not as serious as todays posting - thanks Neville.
Thank you for a lovely start to a Sunday
My pleasure - thanks Toban
You are very welcome
A double limerick! What a treat, and the bonus of a pink gnome! Thatβs capped off my weekend rather nicely. ππ»
Thanks arqios for looking in - glad you like them.
Ah Michael your limericks always brighten my day and put a smile on my face these were no less guilty of doing so. Thanks for the levity.
Ah brighten the day but not today - see todays posting - quite the opposite.
Love them
Cheers Tony
You're welcome
Good ones, Michael.
Thanks Jerry - trust you are well.
Can't wait to see what you have been working on! In the mean time, what funny, lovely limericks Michael! πΉπ
Just posted and very dark - hope you like it. l
I saw and I LOVED IT! π Very dark indeed, in all the right ways, imho!
If only we all weren't so stilted
Our humour would not be so wilted
But as good folks do say
When the wrong ones have sway
Tis better if all were well kilted.
These are humorous. I'm sorry you've a cold to keep you down. Limericks are far too much fun to keep out of, whence thank you so much for now sharing.
What a great response - thank you Missy.
Two fun ones Michael.
Andy
A change of genre for me this morning Andy - very sombre.
