Beautiful sentiment expressed in your stanzas AP. That young boy has remembered all these years later. She must have been quite something. Winter warmth here in your words. I enjoyed your chosen music too. Thank you.

I like to think she knows ..
and whenever I come upon words such as these, dedicated to your very own Rose .. I am reminded of just how strong love can be ..
I am also reminded of my own Sharon Rose who I met on a school cruise and fell for too .. I think I mentioned before she emigrated to the US many years ago now .. 🌹

What a lovely poem. I love the name you have chosen for your wheels. Long before I saw the film, I had read the book. The film was wonderful. Thank you for the chance to see a clip again and to bring out the twelve year old in me. So enjoyed my visit AP.

Rise and shine and you do. You make drifting off into slumber sound wonderful and the mornings refreshing and energized. I have to say I envy you. I am an insomniac. Not a pretty sight first thing in the morning. Have a wonderful day AP.

Congratulations and a wish for many more to come. I second the no competition issue a poem can be great to one person and nothing to another, I write for myself and if someone else finds something in it all the better.

I\'ve dates for St Anthony The Great, who lived 251-356AD in January 356, aged 105.
There\'s St Paul The Hermit (not the biblical St Paul). It may be legend only, as I don\'t have exact dates, but it says he lived 249-342AD, so was 113 when he died!
We might write poems to age 113. heehee.
