Elegantly composed 14 quatrains ~ a consistent rhyme pattern (abab cdcd etc) and good rhythm ~ easy to read great to recite !
What is your message ? In verses 1 to 4 the HOURGLASS turns and as the sand trickles down it invokes indecisions ~ failed hopes ~ painful trials dreams and memories ! The mood lightens in verse 5 ~ new moods & dreams ~ darkness melts in morning skies ~ Your soul grows wings ~ dreams descend on the wings of an Angel ~ but then fade enigmatically like snow ! Too many doubts and faults ~ only yourself to blame ? Your dreams ascend skywards ! The time has come ~ the pain is gone ~ you can breath leave the stage and take you bow !
