when that eye popped up it was a bit scary...and the poem is also intriguing and chilling... there should be more than emptiness in anyone as we all have feelings of some sort. enjoyed the read.

I read this more as a song than a poem. I could almost hear the music behind it. The repetition of the word door made it seem lyrical. very sweet poem.

NO PERFECT LOVE POEM
sokibgb said:

There is no perfect love poem, colin, for there are no words perfect enough to describe the feelings of true love. But it is still beautiful to go in search of and find the most elusive of all and most precious of feelings, Love.

NO PERFECT LOVE POEM
baj-a said:

I love the way you took on us on the search with you only to reach the same conclusion poets have reached for ages... there is no perfect love poem :-) simply because even poetic words cannot convey that special feeling in our hearts when we find love. well done.
