Here is what you have to do if your ass is below your knees: First roll over onto your belly. Try to get the knees under you, push yourself up slowly, then wobble on your knees to the nearest proper chair or table and again slowly pull yourself to a standing position. If that doesn\'t work, call for help!!! :-)
