Tuna is as far as I go in canned fish. I\'ll take the crackers but about fish I am picky must be fresh. A fun read that has a real bounce to it. Well written

Beyond Blue
L. B. Mek said:
what is colour
what spectrum of blue is imbued with mood
so bleak, darkness is birthed in our eyelids
Plato, tried to define it
modernity, thinks its all refracted
particles as aesthetic embroidery
to a colourless universe
most men are colour blind, to a certain extent
much more than ladies, I wonder
what our dna evolution, is trying to say about us...
(a great read, thought provoking
and wonderfully creative
forgive me but I couldn\'t help n try
to scribble a little poetic reply
thanks for sharing and inspiring me
dear poet)

\'To survive living things must
conserve themselves,
transmit their seed
to new generations
and develop more successful
forms in a continuum.\'
with all due respect, what this stanza had done is confuse \'Survival\' with \'Evolutionary need\'
and that underlines, the main failing points of \'a metaphysics perspective\' being applied to anything, realistic
including thermodynamics or anything cyclically positioned as a juxtaposition quality of Nature..
see, Survival is a simple aspect of reality
quantified by very few, but essential principles,
and it cares very little, for where
the cat resides in-between our elitist notion, of threadbare grasped \'Dimensional\' reality\'s..
\'to comprehend Survival, ask a starving child\'s, parents
if - they\'re are around\'..
\'to theorise, metaphysics of existence
assume that all your immediate needs have already been fulfilled\'..
and if \'We\' truly want
to gift humanity, with something philosophical yet applicable to our everyday reality
lets begin, with Bridging these two conflictingly gaps in our common experience of life...
(lol,
wonderfully fun
thanks for the brain teaser, dear poet
a wonderful change of pace
and I really liked your way of writing such complex themes, so accessible)

Heavy stuff ... never thought of it quite like that, but - yes.
Life and consciousness - the big enigmas. Contrary to entropy.
Where do you want to go with this.? And why here?

Great little poem. However the subject is overcrowded on MPS at the moment. Now I don\'t know about you , but my feeling , down here on the underside of the earth is that I\'m headed for spring with summer following far too fast.... fight back, John - make our presence felt.... 😊

a wonderful interpretation and dedication, to one of my favourite books of the Great: Hemingway..
that chapter, where they tell him, his tiny ship sailed home with a carcass of that mammoth catch
is so symbolic of life, all that striving and ambition of our lives, is eventually eaten away by time and all we\'re left
is that memory carcass, that knowledge
we Too, once hunted and chased dreams
we Too, once lived
like every breadth: was a gift...

guess that\'s why plastic surgery
and age lengthening, self-experimentation
is a wining industry, in our modernity..
funny, how we hide and seek is an archaic
children\'s game, nowadays;
and yet, we adults
use it as our mantra for everything we dislike
about our life\'s realities...
regression, the chosen option for those
left waiting, for \'something to happen\'...
(can\'t say, I was a fan of the image
your words curated in my mind
but like all medicine, if its not unpleasant
you cant trust it to work,)
thanks for sharing, dear poet
