what you\'re going though and survive..
is it a miracle cure, No!
but does it offer you a spec of hope
in that bleak dark tunnel, to know
someone else
found there way out, it may do
and that \'may\', is sometimes
all the hope we need, to crawl
from one stifled breath, to our next
morning daybreak of reprieve
step by, laboured step
cling to something, anything
that affords you, just one more breath
until
a time comes, when
tiredness or hunger, overtakes
your priorities
and you find yourself, a little stronger
for having survived..
and on, step by day
second by climb, strive
to survive
and become a beacon for someone else, to utilise
in their
hour of Fight!
stay strong, dear poet
find someone near you
or utilise a helpline, remember
you don\'t have to fight alone...
