A great poem of technology and how we become addicted to it and what comforts it offers. Hooked on our laziness. With each convenience another freedom lost. Nicely written and poignant

A changing and rather complex set of images in dreamlike fashion evoking a sense of unease. Very precisely imaged in this work. Well done

Indeed they are Rose and well stated in most poetic rhyme. Some of our private lives we share hidden in the skin of our poetic children and although to others they may appear ugly to the parent there is always that love that distorts their vision. That should always be respected. Loved your poem

I recall reading somewhere that Eve is a symbol for the sexual energy, through which we were tempted and then fell.

A most lovely poem of myth and the metaphor always got me. If you think of opening a woman\'s box many plagues may ensue physical as well as emotional. A delightful read and to pair it with Prometheus and fire (passion) it gets even hotter. This one could have been for over 18 indeed.

I particularly like the bridge, blinded by a torrent of dreams all haunting me, I have spent most of my life feeling that way. Is life for real or one never ending dream, really enjoyed the read

This is always an intriguing issue of whether we are dreaming or awake a type of Matrix issue or more anciently a philosophical question. Well written.

...journey over destination- now there\'s my kind of viewpoint!
Night folds itself around us, shaping what is yet to come. We drift, not lost, but searching, guided by something unseen.
The sky does not name its wanderers, and time does not set a path— but in the quiet motion of it all, we move toward first light.

Beauty and functionality here- a confession and a declaration, recognising human frailty while celebrating the strength found in grace. The metaphors of fire, wind, rain, and silence all contribute to the feeling of a personal, intimate awakening—an invitation to be \"lit up\" by the divine. 🙏🏻🕊️

“I stopped living for lack of breathing...” In fact the poet never dies, for he or she is immortal. After our physical death our works speak for us.
“To stir up a spark of emotion in one heart...” Is it a particular heart or a random one ?...
