A love pledge in poetic form nicely composed. It reads smoothly and with good flow. Well done

This is a magnificent poem that joins belief and faith with great penmanship and poetic images, metaphor and form. It flows so well being nicely organized and composed. Even the nonreligious must recognize its elegance. A lovely composition and a fave

No need to tell me it\'s Carnival - that is evident in every rich line.
Now I\'ve got to settle down and get me some tea.

When the Red Year Wakes

Was that what all the explosions were last night.
Chinese new year, the year of the horse.
Hopefully a good year for all.

A magnificent poem so well written. This work of art captures the spirt of Carneval. Here in Brazil it is a major thing with it going all night in the streets, bars and clubs. Where I am the rain has put a bit of a damper on it but still it goes like a fire in the rain. I am truly impressed with the vivid imagery used in this poem and as I read it I can hear the drums and chants the crowds and feet dancing. You have captured it so well a definite fave

A most philosophic poem where an old saying is restated and rationalized in more poetic terms. Well done
